Terms

These terms

These terms apply when you use telluri.ai, book a briefing or use the Telluri dashboard. By doing any of these, you agree to them. If you’re using Telluri for your company, you’re agreeing for your company too.

If your company has an agreement with us

Paid subscriptions are covered by an order form or agreement signed with your company. Where it differs from these terms, it wins.

Using the site and dashboard

Please don’t:

  • break the law, or use Telluri to harm anyone
  • try to get into accounts or systems that aren’t yours, test our security without asking, or overload the service
  • copy the site or dashboard with automated tools, or copy or reverse engineer how Telluri works
  • give us false details, or book briefings automatically

Dashboard accounts

Your company invites you and decides who has access. Sign-in links go to your email, so keep your email account secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used your access. We may suspend access that’s being misused.

Briefings

A briefing is a free call with no obligation. We may decline or rearrange one, for example if we can’t prepare something useful for you.

What’s ours and what’s yours

Telluri, the site, the dashboard, our methods and our briefs belong to us. Customers may use their briefs inside their own business; please don’t resell or publish them without our permission. Examples on the site are illustrative and labelled so.

What you tell us about your company stays yours, and so does any internal data your company gives us to tailor its analysis, such as support tickets, sales notes or CRM exports. You let us use it only to provide Telluri to you, and we keep it secure and confidential, as our privacy policy describes. You confirm you have the right to share it with us, including any personal information about your customers or staff in it, with whatever notices or consents that needs.

Not advice

Briefs are research on public conversations, to inform your decisions. They aren’t financial, investment, legal or other professional advice, and they aren’t a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Growth figures and projections are estimates, and public posts can be wrong. The decisions you make with them are yours.

Changes to Telluri

We’re a young company, and Telluri will change. We may add, change or remove features. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Disclaimers

As far as the law allows, Telluri, the site, the dashboard and every brief are provided as they are and as available. We make no promises or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that Telluri will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted or error-free, that it will meet your needs or be fit for a particular purpose, or that it won’t infringe anyone’s rights.

Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows:

  • we aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive losses, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or data, even if we were told they might happen
  • we aren’t liable for decisions you make, or don’t make, using Telluri
  • our total liability for all claims about Telluri, together, is limited to the fees you paid us for Telluri in the 3 months before the event that led to the claim, or $50 if you haven’t paid us anything

These limits apply whatever the legal basis of the claim, including contract, negligence or any other theory, and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any liability that the law doesn’t allow to be limited or excluded.

Your responsibility

If someone brings a claim against us because of how you used Telluri, or because you broke these terms, you’ll cover our reasonable costs, losses and legal fees from it.

Time limit for claims

Any claim about Telluri must be brought within two years of the event that led to it. After that, it’s barred.

Ending

You can stop using Telluri at any time. We may suspend or end your access at any time if these terms are broken, or if we stop offering Telluri. The sections on what’s ours, not advice, disclaimers, liability, your responsibility, the time limit and the law continue after that.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts in Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about Telluri, and you agree to them.

If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies, and that part applies as far as the law allows. If we don’t enforce a term straight away, we haven’t given it up.

Changes and contact

When these terms change we’ll update the date at the top, and we’ll email dashboard customers about any significant change. Questions: business@telluri.ai.
